1. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
Many of our products are bespoke or personalised, made specifically to your requirements.
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke or personalised items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange if you change your mind once production has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
2. Non-Bespoke Items (If Applicable)
If we sell any items that are not bespoke or personalised, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If your item is:

faulty,

damaged on arrival, or

significantly different from its description,
please contact us within 14 days of delivery at grizzlyshed@outlook.com and include clear photographs.
We will offer one of the following, as appropriate:

a repair,

a replacement, or
-
a full or partial refund.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any reasonable return postage costs.
5. Refunds
Once a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by law (for example, if an item is faulty).
6. Items Damaged After Delivery
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by:

misuse,

normal wear and tear,

failure to follow care instructions.
These items are not eligible for refund or replacement.
